Status
Coming Soon -- The SecureLink VPN client for Linux is under active development.
Planned Features
The Linux client will provide both a graphical application and a command-line tool for secure remote access:
- GUI application -- A desktop application with system tray integration for common Linux desktop environments.
- CLI tool -- A command-line client for headless servers, scripts, and users who prefer terminal workflows.
- Auto-connect -- Automatically establish the VPN on startup or when leaving trusted networks.
- Split tunneling -- Route only specific traffic through the VPN.
- Certificate-based authentication -- Authenticate using certificates issued by your SecureLink orchestrator.
- Kill switch -- Block internet access when the VPN is disconnected to prevent data leaks.
- NetworkManager integration -- Works alongside existing Linux network management tools.
System Requirements
- Supported distributions:
- Ubuntu 22.04 or later
- Debian 12 or later
- Fedora 38 or later
- Architecture: x86_64 (64-bit)
Distribution
The Linux client will be available as:
