Profile Settings

Manage your account information, security settings, and active sessions from the Account Settings page.

Accessing Your Profile

Navigate to Settings > Account, or click your avatar in the top-right corner of the navigation bar and select Account Settings.

Security

A blue banner at the top of the page indicates that passwords and multi-factor authentication are managed by your authentication provider (Keycloak). Click Manage Security to open the Keycloak account portal in a new tab, where you can:

  • Change your password
  • Set up or modify two-factor authentication (TOTP, WebAuthn)
  • Review linked identity providers

Sessions & Activity

This card contains two sub-tabs:

Sessions

The Sessions tab shows all active sessions associated with your account:

ColumnDescription
IP AddressThe IP address of the session
DeviceBrowser and operating system (user agent)

Last ActivityMost recent API call using this session
ExpiresSession expiration time
StatusActive or expired

Actions:

  • Export CSV — Download the sessions list as a CSV file
  • Revoke All Active — Revokes all active VSN+ sessions and immediately logs you out (redirects to Keycloak login). This is useful if you suspect unauthorized access or want to force re-authentication on all devices.
